I recently had the chance to listen to Wigan MP Neil Turner speak. He covered issues regarding expenses, and his recent trip to Fiji, but what I felt more fitting for discussion was the matter of homeless ex-Military Personell being swept aside whilst our Government hands out benefits and council housing to bogus Asylum Seekers and, even, Immigrants without any work ethic.
So I asked him "With 30,000, on average, persons leaving the military every year, and a vast majority of the homeless on the streets of Londonbeing ex-Military Service Personell - can you justify the sheer amount of immigrants and bogus Asylum Seekers claiming benefits and receiving Council housing?"
He did express his concern regarding illegal immigrants, but his passion for the EU and it's policies it imposes didn't surprise me for a Labour Party MP.
According to Mr. Turner, it is our duty as a nation to take in these Asylum Seekers, give them a luxury life, for nothing. Give them income, for nothing. Give them houses, for nothing. Provide schooling support for their children, and health services - for nothing.
But apparently, for somebody who fought for their country, risked their lives to save what civilisation we have - do not qualify for these Government handouts, despite the sheer amount they have done for their country.
The non-indigenous, of alien culture, who have done nothing for our country, take priority.
Fair enough. He is a Labourite - we've come to expect nothing less these days.
But this is the shocking part. I told Mr. Turner that roughly 30,000 people leave the Military Services each year - and a substantial amount of the homeless on the streets of London, are ex-Military. Mr. Turner's excuse regarding these ex-Militants, was that an overwhelming majority of these people have mental illnesses.
Now that's not surprising, given that these poor chaps have seen what they've seen in war, and experienced a drastic change in environment upon returning home. I'm also sure that the fact these people, in a first world country, live in poverty affects their mental stability.
But apparently, this justifies them sleeping on the streets. Thank Mr. Neil Turner for that 'insightful' comment.
Now, Mr. Turner did tell me that the Labour Party is making strides to combat the amount of homeless ex-Military Service Personell, and that they've achieved a lot over the past few years.
But isn't it interesting how the British Legion is almost on the bones of it arse, and despite its prejudice views against the British National Party, it has accepted large donations from the Party to help these people.
Does this really show a caring Government who's funding an organisation like this?
It doesn't, and Labour clearly isn't doing enough. Their filth and lies ooze through the media, be it subtle - their filth and lies ooze through the teeth of their Politicians, and the day this god-awful Government is brought to its knees is the day when I celebrate a new day, of freedom of speech and prioritised rights.
